We ask for your understanding that due to the current situation regarding Corona/Covid-19 there may be delays in the processing of orders an possibly in the process of returns. Take care of yourself an others an stay healthy.

Under the German E-Commerce Sales Act consumers have a two-week cancellation right. Return the goods as unused as possible in a resaleable condition along with all accessories to this address:

Returns to a wrong address result in considerable delays in their processing. Keep the receipt for your return safe as proof of postage. Without this proof there can be no reimbursement in the event of loss, unfortunately. The costs of returns are borne by the customer.



As soon as we have received and checked the return we will reimburse you with the amount. You will be notified by e-mail of the individual steps.



If you wish to have a redelivery, e.g. in a different size or colour, please reorder in our Online Shop.


The warranty operates in accordance with statutory provisions. The two-year warranty period begins when the goods are dispatched to you. The warranty does not cover damage due to natural wear and tear, improper use, and lack of or incorrect care.
